With certainty. Clarity. Pure joy.
We are born with an essence, both profound and unique. And we knew once, when we were young and gave voice to our ambitions absolute. Life was ours for the making, and we wouldn't as much grow up as leap fully big into a world breathlessly awaiting our presence.
Maybe we lost ourselves along our growing-up way. More likely parceled our selves up, show-casing that diluted work face and packing our Real somewhere safe, sometimes hidden.
And so we return to that knowing. Who we are. Our unique passions, greatest strengths, endearing quirks and deepest longings for ourselves and our business.
Knowing with confidence. Because it matters, probably only thing that does.

Imagine it real.
Okay, all those folks who say desire grows trouble? They're wrong.
Desire's the point. Especially those deepest (scary) longings that have been nagging us forever.
So let's listen closely to our hearts' desires. Then, go ahead ...
Craft our visions. Declare our intentions. Make crystal clear about what we want. With courage, specificity and just enough chutzpah to feel it real.
Dream beyond circumstances, beyond practicalities, beyond constraints or rationale. Reality's overrated and ties us been-there-done-that. Imagination untethered is a way better route.
Free up from the limits of a single purpose, too. It ain't "one true" thing so relax. Our desires can meander, change and grow as we transform, for expanding creativity is our nature.
Whether we dream of wild profits, world peace, or both, let's make our desires clear in every moment ...

Line it up.
Can we just accept (or pretend) Einstein's famous E=mc2 suggests energy shapes matter – not the other way around? That our thoughts come first and reality follows?
Worry about money, we shut-down the flow. Complain that work's overwhelming and we feel more besieged. Groan about infighting and the team implodes. Fight against poverty, oppression or war and they seem to morph exponentially.
But imagine abundance, peace, joyful colleagues and the best customer service in the whole dang world ...? Not just imagine but actually taste it multi color, see vivid harmonies, feel it loud.
That is resonance and it turns imagination into reality.
Success, abundance, sustainability ... harmony, equality, freedom ... work with integrity and joy ...
These all come from unfettered imagination and the vibration to make it real.
Resonance. Takes some practice, but then dreams align. (Even for the skeptics.)

Be still and show up.
Knowledge brings clarity ...
Intention sparks movement ...
Resonance aligns reality ...
Engagement invites opportunity. So be still in each present moment and then act when inspired.
Fill up with to-do lists and we clutter up our space. React outta fear and we smother freedom. Scratch a living from scarcity and we defy abundance. Buy into all that hard work and we lose the flow.
But if we know who we are, paint a vivid picture, imagine it real and stay out of our own way, the right next steps just come a knockin'. And all we need do is answer the door.
